Hi,

While it may work, we don't normally recommend putting wireless devices on active extension cables. It normally increased the latency too much.

Hi,

If you are getting a black and white image that is normally down to the settings in the capture software you are using.

It is usually the PAL / NTSC setting that causes this.

Hi,

I assume you are looking at Part No. 38068, if so then yes you can connect that to a TV's HDMI ARC port and extract audio to optical to feed a soundbar.

It is possible the same shells are used by different manufacturers however the quality of the headphones is down to the components used inside.

We ensure all of our products are built to a high standard.

Hi,

This isn't something we have really seen before, however it sounds as though perhaps a relay has failed inside the unit.

Please could you email technical@lindy.co.uk with your details or fill in a returns form here:

Please could you confirm the part numbers you have?

Most of our HDBaseT products have Link and Status LEDs to show if they are working.

Hi,

The KM Switch should work with most wired keyboards however we have not tested with that Razer model so I'm afraid I cannot guarantee compatibility.

Hi M8rc28,

I'm afraid we do not recommend using any of our KVM or KM products with wireless mice or keyboards, in our experience it just doesn't work reliably.

Sorry I can't be of more help on this occasion.

Hi Steve, It's not currently possible to convert Firewire to USB as the technologies are too different. If your laptop does not have Firewire I'm afraid you may need to look at using a different PC which does, or if your laptop has any expansion slots such as PCMCIA / ExpressCard then that may be a ...

I'm afraid that is not normal, no. The ANC should not be affected by the orientation of the headphones so we would certainly recommend returning those to the place of purchase for a replacement.

Hi Phosphoric, A slow flashing green light indicates that the headphones are connected to your device, and are waiting for a signal. If it just does that then it sounds as though the BT Transmitter you're using may not be communicating with the headphones fully. Could you try the headphones direct t...

Hi,

This product is simply a converter between SATA Optical drives and USB so shouldn't affect the read/write. Providing you are using a relatively short USB cable (under 3m) then I would perhaps look at whether the issue is software related.

Hi, It's an issue we have seen a couple of times to to be honest is quite rare. The microphone should be more than sufficient for calls, although as above it is just a pinhole next to the micro-b charging port so can be blocked if it's got dust/fluff etc inside it. Just to note we have had some user...

Hi,

We are looking to replace the unit in the future with one that supports the new SSL versions, however I will pass your feedback onto our Product Management team.

I believe firefox has an option in the settings to disable SSL 3.0 so this may be worth trying.

Hi, All modern browsers will be using SSL 3.0 or higher, which is not supported by the PDU. The unit only supports up to SSL WINXP IE6, so you may need to use an older browser in order to connect and then disable SSL in the web gui. We have had other customers suggest that the older Firefox browsers...

It sounds as though your laptops are detecting the KVM as a secondary display however no video is actually getting to the monitor.

Would it be possible to try either a different monitor or TV, and also may be worth trying a different HDMI cable in case that is the issue?

Hi Gnasherdog, Most of our cards should get their drivers from Windows Update when using Windows 10, however if you can let me know the 5-digit part code of the card I'll check what drivers we have available. The part number is normally on a sticker on either the card itself, or on the back plate of...
