Hi, That card should work in Windows 10, if you go into device manager can you see it listed? If you right click and try to automatically update driver does it not install? If not you may need to download the Legacy firewire drivers directly from Microsoft here: https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/h...

Hi Gnasherdog, Most of our cards should get their drivers from Windows Update when using Windows 10, however if you can let me know the 5-digit part code of the card I'll check what drivers we have available. The part number is normally on a sticker on either the card itself, or on the back plate of...

Hi Nigel,

Unfortunately most companies won't be able to issue an RMA to return goods without proof of purchase (invoice or order).

Sorry I can't be of more help on this occasion.

Hi Nigelcotton,

The headphones are covered by a two year warranty however you would need invoice / order details in order to return them to the place of purchase. I can only suggest contacting the person who gave them as a gift however they may need to arrange the return for you.

I'm afraid that is the only CEC solution we have.

Unfortunately you may need to contact the manufacturers of your devices for further assistance.

Hi,

If you're getting a CEC error then we do an adapter that removes CEC connectivity:

Hi, It's difficult to say why it would not display a picture on your TV, does it work if you have just a direct short HDMI cable connected? It may be worth removing the power from everything connected for at least 60 seconds and then re-connect it. Failing that we could only recommend contacting the...

Hi Jebbotron, It is normal for there to be a difference in audio volume between bluetooth and a wired connection. It's likely the amplifier in your phone is more powerful than the one built into the bluetooth on the headphones which is why the volume is louder. As for the noise cancelling, generally...

Just to confirm when you connect it to either a TV or a Projector via VGA, are you getting any picture displayed?

Hi Howard,

Is the WPS server new or has it just stopped working?

To reset please unplug the power and using something small like a paperclip, press and hold the reset button. While keeping the button pressed, connect the power and wait for 10 seconds.

Hi Vikaskundu,

We've tried the control app with a Pixel 2 on the latest android version today and it appears to be working fine.

You could try clearing the app cache and data, or you may need to reinstall it completely.

Hi Ylamela, That is quite unusual and not really something we have seen before with the BNX-60 headphones. I would suggest charging the headphones completely, overnight if possible, to see if that makes any difference. (Please note you must not have the 3.5mm audio connected while charging). Is the ...

Hi, The laser will not be enabled until a cable is attached, this is a safety feature. What sort of fibre optic cable are you using? If you are using a Duplex cable and are only using one of the wires then I would make sure you haven't crossed over to the wrong connector. What USB device do you have...

Hi Apostolos,

The extender is plug and play. Simply connect the transmitter to your PC, and a USB device to the Receiver.

The Transmitter and Receiver should be connected via an OM3 LC Fibre Optic cable, up to 200m in length.

The splitter you have purchased only supports up to 10.2Gbps of bandwidth so you would need one that supports 18Gbps of bandwidth such as this: https://www.lindy.co.uk/audi...

Hi Nick, I don't appear to have received any emails with EDID files attached yet unfortunately. In regards to HDCP, when we use a bluray player set to upscale it will output HDCP 2.2 + 1.4 simultaneously when sending to our HDMI 1.4 panel on the HDMI input port and we can achieve 4K 24p despite this...

I think HDCP is the issue rather than the EDID (the ...
