Hi Vikaskundu,

We've tried the control app with a Pixel 2 on the latest android version today and it appears to be working fine.

You could try clearing the app cache and data, or you may need to reinstall it completely.

Hi Ylamela, That is quite unusual and not really something we have seen before with the BNX-60 headphones. I would suggest charging the headphones completely, overnight if possible, to see if that makes any difference. (Please note you must not have the 3.5mm audio connected while charging). Is the ...

Hi, The laser will not be enabled until a cable is attached, this is a safety feature. What sort of fibre optic cable are you using? If you are using a Duplex cable and are only using one of the wires then I would make sure you haven't crossed over to the wrong connector. What USB device do you have...

Hi Apostolos,

The extender is plug and play. Simply connect the transmitter to your PC, and a USB device to the Receiver.

The Transmitter and Receiver should be connected via an OM3 LC Fibre Optic cable, up to 200m in length.

Hi Meekey, I've had a look at your Vu+ box and it looks like it supports full 4K, which means the higher colour spaces and HDR. The splitter you have purchased only supports up to 10.2Gbps of bandwidth so you would need one that supports 18Gbps of bandwidth such as this: https://www.lindy.co.uk/audi...

Hi Nick, I don't appear to have received any emails with EDID files attached yet unfortunately. In regards to HDCP, when we use a bluray player set to upscale it will output HDCP 2.2 + 1.4 simultaneously when sending to our HDMI 1.4 panel on the HDMI input port and we can achieve 4K 24p despite this...

Hi Nick, I've checked one of our blurays to a 4K 30HZ monitor today and confirmed that if I go direct HDMI I can achieve 4K 24Hz without issue, however when I go through the 38146 it drops down to 1080p 60Hz, which is consistent with your testing. I think HDCP is the issue rather than the EDID (the ...

Hi Nick, It could be an HDCP issue. Generally for a bluray player to send 4K video it would use HDCP 2.2 however if this version of HDCP is not available it will clock back to the HDMI 1.4 standard and send 1080p video. The adapter supports up to HDCP 1.1, it may be worth checking what version your ...

Hi Nigel, The extender supports IR extension for 30-60Khz signals, so it be worth checking that your devices use a frequency within that range first. Hi,

Yes that is correct. If you are wanting the same picture to go to 2 displays that are of different resolutions (for example 4K and 1080p) then you would need some form of downscaler for the lower resolution TV, otherwise the resolution would be lowered for both screens.

Hi Andy, Unfortunately while a splitter would give you the same picture to 2 TVs, it would not resolve your problem. A splitter would look at what TVs were connected and then choose the most appropriate resolution for both. For example if you set it to 4K then only your 4K TV would get a picture as ...
