Hi matrix315,

The cable is a standard USB 2.0 A to Mini-B, so providing your Sat Nav has a mini-B connection it should be compatible.

Hi Michael,

I'm afraid the email address and hostname fields do have a 15 character limitation on them, and unfortunately we do not have any newer firmware that would increase this.

Currently the only solution would be to use a shorter email address if possible.

Hi, It's a bit unusual for it to display like that, it sounds as though there is some sort of interference occurring or it is possible there is a problem with the unit. I think it's probably best that we get the converter back to have a look at, if it was purchased directly through Lindy UK, the eas...

Hi FFrostbite2k9, Have you tried different SCART and HDMI cables on the converter to see if that stops the flickering? Would it be possible for you to try it in your friends set-up? That would determine whether there is a fault on the unit, or if there is some form of incompatibility or other issue ...

Hi Stuart, We normally suggest using identical displays with this switch, as non identical displays will cause some audio and video issues. The switch will only handshake with one display so that may be the issue you are experiencing. You could try swapping the ports the TV and Monitor are connected...

Is it just the pinout for the 62-pin cable that you require?

Hi Johnniewalk,

If you just need a single input to multiple outputs, you can use a splitter:

Hi DreamS, Sorry to hear about your headphones. We wouldn't normally expect a drop from desk height to cause the NC-40's to break, it sounds as though the drop may have caused something inside the headphones to either fail or become loose, in which case we could get those back for testing and replac...

Not as far as we are aware. The only way to view signal being transmitted over the network is to connect up a matching receive within the same LAN.

If you connect the receiver to your network and display before the transmitter, you should see an on screen display which will list the receivers IP address, and when you then ...

Hi,

You should be able to use the Windows Vista 64bit driver, it'll be backwards compatible.

If that still does not work, let me know and I will get one of these out to test for you, and see if we can supply an updated driver.

Hi Squire, When manually installing a driver, Windows can sometimes give errors if steps aren't carried out in a specific order. Please could you try follow the steps at our blog here and let us know if that resolves the issue: https://www.lindy.co.uk/blog/2014/06/how-to-manually-install-a-driver/ Guy

Hi,

You've mentioned that you have two monitors, a switch is just designed to connect multiples sources (PCs) to a single display (Monitor).

Please could you let me know how you have this connected? Thanks.
