Hi Mark,

Please reset your unit using the following procedure.

Press and hold the function button on PDU front panel, after hearing 6 beeps, release the button, PDU will reset back to default setting.

This is most unusual and a problem we have never encountered before. I have contacted our factory to see if there is an option to reset to factory setting. When I hear any news I will let you know.

H Duncan, sorty but we have not encountered this problem before so it is difficult to advise where the problem may be. If it is a hardware issue then it would be impossible to repair due to the surface mount components fitted to the control board.

I'm glad to see you got the item to work using the RS-1232 port. The AT-LINE PRO2 is also a re-branded product. The original OEM manufacturerer is based in Taiwan.
