I've contacted the factory so I should have an answer shortly.
Have you tried the updated displaylink drivers to see if this helps? http://www.displaylink.com/downloads/downloads.php

It seems you already have the newer firmware, since it is displaying as "USB 3.0 Dual Video Dock"
I'll ask the factory in regards to windows 10 compatibility.
Could you let me know the error / problem you are having in windows 10?

We have had very bad results using CCA and do not currently sell it. It certainly will not help and could be the cause of your issues.

Hi,
It certainly doesn't sound right. It would be best we take a look as it could have a fault by the testing / description as you should be getting a lot longer.

I'm afraid high bandwidth CAT6 applications can have more problems than just continuity. You could have potential for near / far end crosstalk, return loss or even a shielding problem. But the only way to find that is an expensive cable tester. This is why I've suggested a pre made patch that has al...

Hi, I think we may have spoken on the phone. From seeing that a short patch lead works it makes me think that the longer structured cable has some sort of issue. A basic LED tester might not give you the full picture as these are basically a continuity tester. Is it possible to try a long pre made p...

Hi,
We have seen some rare cases where the graphics card will not provide a strong enough output signal to drive these cables. Do you have any other gfx card that you could try?
Do you get any signal even at the BIOS low resolution boot screens?

Hi Corey, We've never tested these adapters and cables in such a configuration, so I couldn't confirm 100% if either would work. We always recommend to keep the passive cables as short as possible. Active cables are better for long distance. You would probably find better performance with a short pa...

Hi Kevin,
It sounds very odd if its the same motherboard.
Have you tried installing the drivers with the manual method rather than letting windows install it?

Have you also tried the drivers from the website?

Hi Kevin,
That is a strange one, we've never seen that happen on our test machines.
What happens if you remove the device from device manager, remove the attached cables and reboot / re-install? Do you get the same problem?

Hi, This sounds very strange. What could be happening is that the EDID dongle supports up to 1920x1200, which it will try to default to if the source supports it. THis can result in no picture given, but normally it would register as a monitor connection within windows. This would then allow to you ...

It does sound like an incompatibility issue between the card and PC at a low level.
As far as I'm aware all PCIe cards are backwards compatible with newer PCIe slots.
I'd suggest a return.

Hi Bruno,
I'm afraid this isn't a product we stock in the UK, but we do have a similar item.
Are you using the 3x1 cable with the unit? If using a USB mouse and keyboard then you would need only USB cable part connected to the machine and not the PS2 connector.

Hi Dave,
It does sound strange. Is the card seating okay in the slot? Normally it should show in device manager without any drivers at all.
