Hi DreamS, Sorry to hear about your headphones. We wouldn't normally expect a drop from desk height to cause the NC-40's to break, it sounds as though the drop may have caused something inside the headphones to either fail or become loose, in which case we could get those back for testing and replac...

Hi James, Please find the pinout and colours attached below. It is worth noting that you will need to pin out one of the colours to a pin in the connector in order to use this effectively as this cable is crossed over. As you are cutting the cable, depending on whether you use Connector A or Connect...

Hi Steve,

Not as far as we are aware. The only way to view signal being transmitted over the network is to connect up a matching receive within the same LAN.

Hi Steve, The extender will convert the video signal into a MJPEG format to be sent over the network as a multicast signal. If you connect the receiver to your network and display before the transmitter, you should see an on screen display which will list the receivers IP address, and when you then ...

Could you send us a screenshot of it without a MAC address please? The address is built into the...

Hi, We have tested this card on Windows 7 64 Bit previously so I don't think that would be the issue. Do you have another computer you could test it in? If it works in another computer then it may be that the card is incompatible with your win7 PC I'm afraid, in that case I would suggest returning i...

Please could you try the same process but use the driver in the folder "OXUART_v512" ?

Hi,

You should be able to use the Windows Vista 64bit driver, it'll be backwards compatible.

If that still does not work, let me know and I will get one of these out to test for you, and see if we can supply an updated driver.

Hi Squire, When manually installing a driver, Windows can sometimes give errors if steps aren't carried out in a specific order. Please could you try follow the steps at our blog here and let us know if that resolves the issue: https://www.lindy.co.uk/blog/2014/06/how-to-manually-install-a-driver/ Guy

Hi, So just to confirm, you have two PCs and you are connecting these into Port 1 and Port 2 on the switch, which then connects to your Projector? Are you using a second video output on either of the PCs to create a dual display set-up, it's just a little unclear I'm afraid. If you are just using tw...

Hi,

You've mentioned that you have two monitors, a switch is just designed to connect multiples sources (PCs) to a single display (Monitor).

Please could you let me know how you have this connected? Thanks.

Please could you confirm the part number of the product?

If you could also let us know your operating system / graphics card, along with your monitors resolution.

Thanks,

Hi,

No problem, we always try to answer any questions asked of us.

I'm afraid COM Retention must be built into the chipset, and enabled in the software. If the chipset does not support it, then it is not possible.

Let me know if you have any other questions and I'll be happy to help.

Hi James, I've had a look into this and it is actually a safety feature. As with any headphones, power will be sent over the 3.5mm jack to drive the speakers, to avoid overloading the battery when you connect a 3.5mm jack the USB charging will be disabled. It's a bit unusual that your bluetooth is d...

Hi Posnet, It sounds as though the converter or your connected devices are re-handshaking with your computer which is causing different COM ports to be assigned. I'm afraid there isn't really a solution to this with this product, you would need a converter that supported COM Port Retention. Unfortun...

Hi Armymanpaul,

There isn't really any safe way of removing the port block that we could recommend, as you could very easily damage your port.

These are only designed to be removed safely in one direction.

Hi Kerry, I think what you are describing would be a matrix.
