My USB2 cable records OK from my electro acoustic guitar but recordings suffer from an annoying background noise. The beginning of recordings usually sound 'clean' but then a sort of regular tick or beat builds up in the background. Do you know what this could be and how to fix it - or alternatively is there a relatively simple way I can filter it out after recording, without expensive kit? (I have no editing know-how)
Many thanks

Hello,
This is quite a common issue with electro acoustic guitars and any audio interface.
Have you tried something like a Soundhole cover ?

Also when recording, try to use earphones and not your PC speakers if using monitoring.
