I have a problem with the Model 42845 USB to RS485
Any command sent through it seems to just echo back that command and not transmit the information.
Before I send it back I was wondering if you could shed light on this at all?

Normally the default configuration for the device is Loopback off, so this is a little surprising. It may be that the jumper settings within the device have been configured to leave loopback on, so I would need you to return the item to test this. My only other thought is that there is a loopback setting in the software you are using which needs to be set to off.
