I want to clone my c: drive - Windows by making a clone of it.
The current drive is on a Crucial M500 SSD - 480gb
The clone will be a Sansung 840 Pro series SSD 512gb

I can get nothing to happen.
It may be I have misunderstood what an "empty" drive is. Should it be formatted?

Anyway, whatever I try, I never see any flashing light!

Clues appreciated.

Works as a USB hub perfectly

Hi,

When you hold the duplicate button for 5 seconds you then need to press it again to start the clone. The LEDs should start to flash.
