My PCs have windows 7 64 bits and one have Bitdefender suite and the other have Norton Internet suite.

Hi,

I would suggest removing the software and reinstalling it, but when it asks to reboot choose not to reboot the machine, as the installer is still working in the background. After it has fully finished then I'm recommend a reboot.

Is the USB IP server on the same network segment as the PC you are using?
