Hi,
I have a problem with Rally Network USB server device, sometimes it works fine but usually I can't access to the USB keys connected, when I have the problem the only solution is switch off the device, after that it works fine.
I tried to reinstall the software and changed the PC too but the problem is the same, is there a firmware update to resolve this problem ?
During the problem, when I try to use the Rally software, it show me the attached message.

Thank you

Hi CED,

We do not have any firmware updates available. Is this a typical USB flash Drive or a security key?

It's a USB License Key for floating licenses through the LAN...

Thank you

We've had a few compatibility problems with using security dongles over the LAN.

Does it have the same problem using a normal USB flash drive?

That is the reason we do not advertise security dongles. It is only designed for printers, scanners and mass storage devices.

Sorry I cannot help more.
