HDD is spinning when computer is shut down

HDDs in my Dual 2.5" SATA Mobile RAID (part.no. 20288) are spinning after computer (Windows 7) is shut down. Is it normal?

Hi, does this happen continuously or does it stop after a certain time.

Yes, this happens continuously. I turned off computer and after 1 hour the HDDs were stil spinning.
HDD enclosure is connected via eSATA through "Lacie SATA II ExpressCard 34" to Lenovo T60 laptop. HDD enclosure is configured as RAID 1.
HDDs are: Seagate Momentus 750GB (ST9750420AS) and WD Scorpio Black 750GB (WD7500BPKT).

Have you checked if a Firmware update is available

There is no firmware at Lindy International website.

There should be an update method via the installed Steel Vine software

Yes, there is updated method, but there is no new firmware for this product.

I have contacted the manufacturer to see if they can help with this issue, I would hope to have some news early next week.

It seems that the problem was caused by "Lacie SATA II ExpressCard 34". Today I connected my Dual 2.5" SATA Mobile RAID to another computer with built-in SATA controller and everything is OK.
