I have a 2 Port USB KM Switch connected to a wired mouse and a Microsoft Sculpt Ergonomic wireless keyboard. PC1 is a Windows 7 Pro system and PC2 is a Windows 10 Pro system. When I start the switch in both systems, every works perfectly, but after a few seconds the wireless keyboard stops working in the Windows 10 Pro system (a new WUDFHost.exe. appears in the Task Manager). In the Windows 7 Pro every keeps working perfectly.
Is there a way to solve this issue?

Kind regards.

Hi M8rc28,

I'm afraid we do not recommend using any of our KVM or KM products with wireless mice or keyboards, in our experience it just doesn't work reliably.

Sorry I can't be of more help on this occasion.

Hi Guy,
Is the switch compatible with a wired gaming keyboard like Razer Ornata?

Hi,

The KM Switch should work with most wired keyboards however we have not tested with that Razer model so I'm afraid I cannot guarantee compatibility.

Hi Guy,
Is there a Lindy KM Switch that works with a wireless Keyboard?

Hi,

I'm afraid not. We do not recommend using wireless devices on any of our USB Extenders, Switches, KM or KVM Switches.
