Hi

I received this kvm device today and set it up to work with a Mac Mini and a dell notebook (precision) and a dell lcd monitor.

Everything works and switches correctly except there is annoying flicker (sparkle) on the monitor. It looks like static. Very noticeable on dark background and not so noticeable on light background. Much more pronounced when using the mac.

Do you have any suggestions for removing the flicker?

Hi,

To be honest it sounds like a fault with the unit unless you are extending the cable distance.

I'd recommend returning the unit for replacement.
