I have a 39636 KVM Over IP Access Module which I have recently installed into a 39631 KVM CAT-32 IP.

The switch has been in use for some time. The access module only bought new.

Installed as per instructions and no dice. Don't get a link light into the switch that its plugged into or on the back of the device itself. KVM still works fine.

Changed cables. Re-seated access module etc. Is there anything else I can try or some logs that are viewable to narrow it down?

Thanks.

Hi bcg,

If you run the supplied software as shown on page 18 of the manual below, does it list a MAC Address and IP Address?

https://www.lindy.co.uk/downloads/39636_632v0.pdf

If this gives you an IP address, when entered into a browser does it take you to the IP Module login page? Please note the computer you do this from needs to be on the same IP range as the KVM.
