Hi. I have 3 Ubuntus and one win 10 machine connected via a 32811 KVM to an LG monitor. It used to work ok but now the win 10 machine appears momentarily then disappears. One Ubuntu sometimes appears at the wrong resolution, sometimes ok. All connections are HDMI. Any ideas?

Hi Schoon,

Unfortunately if the switch has stopped functioning correctly after a period of time, we could only recommend that you return it to the place of purchase for testing and replacement.

There isn't really any configuration on these units so if it has stopped handshaking then it may be a fault has developed I'm afraid.

If purchased directly through Lindy UK, please can you fill a returns form in here:

Thanks, Guy. Are there no driver issues or anything like that, that I can try first?
I think the switch is great, especially compared with a different one I had in the past.

It may be worth checking your graphics drivers are up to date, however there are no drivers for the KVM itself.

I'm afraid if issues are happening with more than one PC, such as your Ubuntu PC and Windows PC, then it would point towards a fault developing on the KVM unfortunately.
