I have just purchased a pair of BNX 60 headphones.

I was trying them out and was very happy :) Until i lent forward to pick something up and noticed massive feedback in the left ear (humming / vibrating).

This happens everytime with ANC on. It also happens with BT connected and music playing or not.

The issue disappears when i come back to a normal straight position.

I assume this is not normal? The ANC should not be affected by physical orientation?

Hi Francis,

I'm afraid that is not normal, no. The ANC should not be affected by the orientation of the headphones so we would certainly recommend returning those to the place of purchase for a replacement.

Same thing here. What could be going wrong when this happens? Do you think there's something I could do to fix it?

Hi Harnett,

It may just be movement with the internal microphones which do the noise cancelling, if that has happened to you then it would be best returning them to the place of purchase for replacement.
