Hi I've had the BNX60 headphones for around 10 months and suddenly they have reduced in volume to around 10% of what was previously being output. This is after a full nights charge. I've been more than happy with them until now with no problems at all and then suddenly this which barely makes them useable. Any suggestions? Thanks

Hi cedwardson,

Sorry to hear you've had an issue with the headphones, unfortunately if they have suddenly just gone quiet we can only suggest you return them for a replacement.

If purchased directly from Lindy you can do that at the below link:

If purchased through a re-seller such as Amazon I'm afraid you would need to contact them as they will cover the 2 year warranty.
