Hello there, i've had this headset for a bit over a year and yesterday when i came home some of the plastic had broken. Got any suggestions for a fix, or is there any way i can purchase a frame seperately?

Tried glueing it to no avail

Hi, The headphones have a 2 year warranty and should be returned. If purchased direct from Lindy then you will find our online returns form here.

Hello again, i contacted amazon regarding returning a broken item, as i was instructed to by a lindy employee when i tried to create a return ticket.
Amazon said they only have a 1 year warranty, and thus was unable to assist me, then they told me to contact you again and you would be able to help me out.
So is there anything i can do in order to get a new headphones frame, or a new pair of headphones?

Kind regards
Brintos

Hi , Could you perhaps e-mail me a copy of your invoice to technical@lindy.co.uk. Amazon should normally honour the 2 year warranty
