Hey,

I have recently bought a pair of LINDY NC-40 sound cancelling headphones, and they worked absolutely until yesterday. They dropped from my desk onto a chair, and now the right speaker on them has cut out sound completely. When I turn my head slightly, it seems to emit a weird really muffled version of the sound that is meant to be playing.

Any fix for this? I've to unplug it etc.

Hi DreamS,

Sorry to hear about your headphones.

We wouldn't normally expect a drop from desk height to cause the NC-40's to break, it sounds as though the drop may have caused something inside the headphones to either fail or become loose, in which case we could get those back for testing and replacement.

If the headphones were purchased directly through Lindy, please could you fill out our online returns form at the below link?
