Is there a driver available for my Lindy PCI 1394A firewire card, my PC running Windows 10 ? I need to digitize my stack of Minidv tapes, and have been told firewire is best method, unless there is an equal alternative method? Thank you
Hi Gnasherdog,
Most of our cards should get their drivers from Windows Update when using Windows 10, however if you can let me know the 5-digit part code of the card I'll check what drivers we have available.
The part number is normally on a sticker on either the card itself, or on the back plate of the card.

Hi,
That card should work in Windows 10, if you go into device manager can you see it listed? If you right click and try to automatically update driver does it not install?
If not you may need to download the Legacy firewire drivers directly from Microsoft here:
