Hi, I have managed to connect these headphones to my Kindle fire. However, I seem to be unable to re connect? I have deleted the original pairing and turned both devices on and off to attempt another pairing. The Kindle does see the headphones, however, it is unable to connect I think the error message is ''connection not possible?''. Has anyone got any other ideas, tips or thoughts?

Thanks in anticipation. G

Hi G,

Do you have another device you'd be able to try the headphones on, just to check it's not a problem between those and the Kindle?

May also be worth just rebooting the Kindle and trying to re-pair.

I'm having the same problem with my HTC One M8. Any ideas? Up until recently they worked perfectly.

Hi Chancock674,

It may be worth unpairing the headphones from your HTC, and then reboot the phone to ensure that it has fully unpaired. If repairing then still does not work I'm afraid you may need to return the headphones to the place of purchase for testing.

Let me know if you need instructions on how to return to LINDY or Amazon.
