USB over UTP for steering wheel

I need to connect a Logitech DFP steering wheel to the computer with 15 meters of cat.5E FTP cable. The steering wheel absorbs 100mA from the USB port.
Which USB extender do you recommend for my exigency?

Do you have any experience with Logitech's steering wheel through USB extender?
