Hi,

I bought a couple of months ago a HDMI Extender 35m and installed it at home.
It has worked sometime quite well but for an unknown reason has stopped working (I changed nothing on my installation).
Both leds on devices are on and I have tried to copy the EDID again and again without success

Any advices ?

If you have not changed anything in your setup and have tried a power cycle I'd recommend a return to check the units work. These might of developed a fault.
