Hi there,

I work for a company installing VC systems, we have bought and installed 3 4x4 4k LINDY Matrix's (38051).

Unfortunately, there seems to be some sort of recurring issue.

We have plugged into it as sources:
Input A = Video Feed from VC system (Vidyo HD230)
Input B = Video feed from Content sharing device (Barco CSM)

As outputs we have connected as follows:
Output 1 = Sony 65" TV
Output 2 = Sony 42" TV
Output 3 = Content input to VC system

The issue we are experiencing is that when we view Input B on output 3, it jitters and shakes across the screen.

Diagnostics so far:
- gone through all DIP switch combinations, the same situation on all
- moved the input to different port (fault follows device)
- moved the device to different port (Fault follows device)
- plugged Barco CSM directly into VC system (works fine, no jitter)
- plugged a laptop in place of the Barco CSM on input B, fault remains
- when viewing the Barco on either of the Sony's it's fine.

I have spoken to LINDY support and they have said the MATRIX may be faulty, but, we have three, purchased at different times, all exhibiting this fault in different locations, and our counterpart who has one in Germany is experiencing the same.

Any advise would be much appreciated.

Initially I would have thought that this was an incompatibility with your devices , given that all 3 devices are behaving in a similar way but, you have said the problem occurs when a laptop only is connected, is that correct. Are you using 4K 30Hz or 1080p. If you try it with another PC with the correct dip switch selection for that resolution and the problem persists then I would have to recommend returning the goods for testing.
