Hi Apostolos,

The extender is plug and play. Simply connect the transmitter to your PC, and a USB device to the Receiver.

The Transmitter and Receiver should be connected via an OM3 LC Fibre Optic cable, up to 200m in length.

Hi,

The laser will not be enabled until a cable is attached, this is a safety feature.

What sort of fibre optic cable are you using? If you are using a Duplex cable and are only using one of the wires then I would make sure you haven't crossed over to the wrong connector.

What USB device do you have connected at the other end?
