I bought a 4 Way TosLink Digital Optical Audio Switch and want to control the Switch with a Logitech Harmony 1100 remote control but the switch doesn't most of the time response on a command given by the Logitech remote control. (The Switch is supported by de Logitech Harmony setup-software)
Also tried to add the switch manually but I keep the same problem.
I think it has to do with the delay settings of the remote, but I can't get the right delay settings.
These are the standard settings in the Logitech Harmony Software:

Turn-on/of Delay: 500 ms

Inter-key Delay: 500 ms

input Delay: 1000 ms

Inter-device Delay: 1500 ms

Can you give me the proper settings so it will always responds?

Thanks a lot!!

Hi Maxicosi,

As far as we are aware, with the Harmony remote you should just be able to clone the remote controls functions and it should work fine. Unfortunately if this does not work then the IR remote control may not be fully supported by the Harmony.

I'm afraid we do not currently have the delay lengths for this remote control, we can only suggest that the switch be used with the original remote control. You may wish to contact Logitech about this issue as they may be able to offer more support on why it is not working correctly.
