Greetings
Just received the 4k DP to 4xHDMI Video Wall Processor. The application is a video wall, 4 Samsung UE55a monitors. We have tried to connect it to several different video cards including Nvidia GTX650-Ti-boost and GTX970 with Windows 10 and Linux. We have follow the steps in the installation section of the manual. None of the systems we have tried have sensed that any device was on the DP port. We have verified that the DP ports on these devices work by connecting them to a monitor.
Thanks you

Hi Kevin,
Sorry to hear you're having some issues with the video wall processor. We have tested with 9-series GTX cards without issue on this unit, so it may be that your unit has developed a fault unfortunately. Your monitor should be detected as though they were connected straight into the card, are there any lights on the unit?
If not then I would suggest returning it to the place of purchase for testing. If purchased from Lindy, please could you fill a returns form out at the below link?
