Hi Guys
I recently purchased the 8 port HDMI Extender (38010) and a handful of 35 M receiver units.
The video works perfectly but the sound is breaking up on one device and just isn’t present on another device. I have tested with a PC and a simple Apple TV (the latter; funny – sounds/clicks from the Apple TV when touching the remote sounds on screen #1 only but the Netflix or Video sound plays on screen # 2 only.
When playing a video and it is sounded on screen # 2, the sound constantly breaks up so parts are missing.
I have tried with different receivers to make sure that I am not dealing with a defective product.
The cable is CAT6 unshielded 25 Meters.

Hi,
Normally when sound is breaking up it would be a bandwidth issue. Can you try lowering the resolution to see if you get the same problem?
What type of monitor/TV are you using?
