Hi,
I am taking a guess you have the single port?
What is the error message you receive?
Have you tried the latest software from our website?
Best Regards

Multi Function Printers can have problems over print servers and also USB IP servers. I would guess that it is a compatibility problem between the two.
Does it work fine using the Rally software and a pen drive?
Best Regards

Yes, the USB server works great with a SanDisk Cruzer 2.0 Flash Drive. I can write a file to the flash drive with one PC and read it with another.
I finally got the printer to upgrade to the latest firmware, once I realized that the reason "M1319_FW_Upgrade_1206_20090901.exe" could not find the printer was that I was running it remotely. When run locally it seemed to go ok and the new version of firmware shows up on the Self Test / Configuration page.
After reloading print driver with Network Wizard, still got "Error - Printing".
FIXED!!!
Using the Rally USB server software running on a Vista work station in the server room I am able to connect to the HP M1319f MFP which then appears on the WS' printer list and share it out across our LAN from there.

Hello,
When a USB connector or other device and connect on the software pulse always an error. I checked everything, always appears this error on any device.
Thank you for your help.
The information listed in the error is:
Operation did not succeed!
Please check the network cable and power supply of your device.
You can also:
1. Power off and then power on your device
2. Restart USB Server
3. Re-connect the USB device and continue with your operation.

Does anyone know if there is a possibility (and if there is a way - how to do that) to run Rally USB Server software as a service so that it will automatically reconnect with the pendrive after server (VM) restart ?

Hi,
I'm not aware of any way to make it run as a service, but the newer software has an option to allow a device to reconnect on startup.
Do you not get this option in the software?
Chris
