I purchased the hdmi cat 6 splitter and I am having issues setting it up.

I have installed 4 Cat 6 cables throughout my home and have the same problem at each receiver.

When I first power up my Sky HD box the Lock LED illuminates and the Sky loading appears on screen but only for a second or so and then flashes on and off twice. Then the Lock LED goes off and no signal to the tv.

Can you advise on where I am going wrong? I have end to end tested each of the cat 6 cables and are all clear.

Hi AJR,

Please could you confirm the part number of the splitter extender?

What length are your CAT.6 cables, and what setting do you have the receiver dip switches set to?
