Hiya.
I have just set up a Humax Hd receiver. I have 2 hdmi cables 20m and a 10m joined with a normal female connector. The tv is not receiving the signal. Both the cables have been tested and working correctly. What extender/amplifier would be best to use in this circumstance.
Many thanks

Hi gemsat,
Is the total distance 30 or 50m? To be honest, standard HDMI cables at that length will probably never work. We only recommend 10-15m with standard cable.
You could look at using Cat5/6 network cable if that is an option?
Best Regards

Hi,
You could try LINDY 32568, this is an HDMI Extender which supports 1080p signals. This is probably the cheapest option before buying long range extenders and patch cables.
