VGA Extender works on one screen but not another

Hi All,

A little help would be grateful, have a VGA Extender (no: 37571) and planned to hook up to a 42" NEC display but when connected, nothing happens at all. Using a 17" all is fine, using a 15"....nothing. All are TFT and have used and tested the same PC and cables between all three screens. What am I missing?, thanks in advance.

Hello,

You can get some strange problems with baluns. Since nothing can be configured on this (apart from the PC side resolution) then I'm afraid not much can be done.

I'd recommend returning this to us, and maybe upgrading to an active extender.
