Hi,

Have just got your 2 port usb to serial converter and tried to install on two different laptops with two different OS (Windows Vista 32 bit and Windows 7 32bit ) and both fail to install the driver.

As soon as you plug the cable I get a yellow pop-up saying....

USB device not recognized
One of the USB devices attached to the compurter has malfunctioned and windows dows not recognize it.

I have install the drivers from the following location then running the MSSetup_QUADPORT.exe

\USB 2.0 to 2&4 Serial Ports\Windows drivers\MCS7840_Win7_WHQL\Version_1.4.7.17\Win7_WHQL32

Setup says files are installed but the USB / Serial cable is not recognised.

I also have full administrator privileges
