Hello,

Getting problems, with Lindy 4 Port IP Serial. It does disconnect ports running in Virtual COM mode, or going to password protection, without have it set.
The current configuration running is :
with fixed IP address
RS-232 Serial port mode
Server connection mode
Remote IP address assigned
and remaining default values

By Manual documentation reading, be aware that it have a HeartBeat feature that should keep alive Virtual COM. It that a setting to be enabled? And why it goes in password protection?

Hello,

The disconnect port is not unusual, but had increase lately. Going in password protected, is recent experience. Wait your updtae on this.
