Hello,
I've a similar problem.
I've a "KVM switch Pro USB 2.0 Audio DVI-I", and I'm trying to use it to switch between a Debian 6.0.0 and Win7.
The switch works fine when is set on the Win7 but It doesn't work fine under Debian.
I've read i should modify the xorg.conf.
Any other suggestions?
Cheers
Andrea

Hi,
Do you get any image at all under debian?
Normally you don't need to manually edit xorg.conf files anymore as these are automatically configured. However I don't use debian much.

It would be a good idea to check if possible.
Also it might be a good idea to check out another distribution like ubuntu, you can live boot so it doesn't effect the system.
