Hello

I have recently purchased a:

2 Port USB KM Switch
Part No. 32165

I am using this between a Windows 7 pc and mac 10.9.2

For the first two days it seems fine but now every so often is locks sweeping access across from the Mac to the PC. However, a short while later it will then work again.

Have any else had this problem?

Hi Karen,

The product shouldn't be acting in this way, I would suggest rebooting both of your machines and if the problem persists then you may have to return it to us for testing. I seem to remember we recently tested this on both of these systems and found no issues.
