Cromo NCX-100 has stopped working

I purchased the Cromo NCX-100 Noise Cancelling Headphones in January 2017. I have been using them sporadically and they always worked exactly as expected. However, a couple of weeks ago, they suddenly stopped working while I was listening to music with ANC on. Initially, I thought they had run out of batteries, but after trying two different sets, I do not get any sound with ANC on. If I switch ANC off, I can listen to the music.

Just to be clear, the headphones did not fall on the floor or got wet or anything similar. The device stopped working altogether without any apparent reason.

Is there a way to reset the device or is that the end of life of the product?

Hi Pmonjo,

Unfortunately it looks as though the headphones have failed. As they where purchased over two years ago I'm afraid there isn't anything we can do.
