I accessed the website Lindy.com that was printed on the device I purchased (KVM Extender 39221) and went to the support forum. Upon requesting assistance I was told the device was not stocked in the UK and referred to a Lindy German website that was in German.
It is a disappointment to find that I cannot get support for a Lindy product that is not sourced from the UK without getting the run around.

Lindy.com is a general website for non specific contries.
This forum is only manned by LINDY UK support staff and it is in addition to our normal support channels, email / phone.
If the item was sold in both the UK and Germany we could help, but since the item is Germany only we are unable to offer any help as we do not have experience of the product.
You should have no problem contacting our german colleagues using phone or email via http://www.lindy.de/tpl_inhalt-htm.htm? ... resses.htm
Our german office has good support and can be contacted in english.
