We have a 32657 and it was working fine until we enable SSL with username/password. Now we cannot access it via browser seems maybe the SSL isn't supported or maybe the port is not 80? Manual doesn't even show the option...

Do we have to reset it or is there config we're missing. Its 120klm drive so really hoping not to have to go there.

Cheers

Hi,

All modern browsers will be using SSL 3.0 or higher, which is not supported by the PDU. The unit only supports up to SSL WINXP IE6, so you may need to use an older browser in order to connect and then disable SSL in the web gui.

We have had other customers suggest that the older Firefox browsers are suitable for doing this.

I tried an old v2 firefox but no luck. Its a Win10 pc so not sure I can find ie6 for it.. This option would be better removed thats rely on decade old windows to use it!

Hi,

We are looking to replace the unit in the future with one that supports the new SSL versions, however I will pass your feedback onto our Product Management team.

I believe firefox has an option in the settings to disable SSL 3.0 so this may be worth trying.
