Hi

Purchase the above and fitted as per instructions but no Sky Q sound or picture? PlayStation 4 drops in and out before going completely after a few seconds. Cable has been re made off a few times and is working fine with a tester.

I thought it could be the dip switches but they don’t seem to help much? Can I change these while it’s powered up or do I have to go through the power up process every time?

Any other advice would be great, thanks.

Hi Ryannicholls,

Please can you let me know the resolution you are using?
You are able to change the dip switches while the unit is powered on,
